The Plus 90i keeps your home warm and comfortable with up to 96.6% AFUE (Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency). That's over 30% more efficient than typical older furnaces.

The variable capacity of the Plus 90i enables this furnace to operate at the optimum capacity to efficiently warm your home. For example, on typical days the Plus 90i operates at a lower capacity to maintain your desired comfort. In more extreme temperatures, the Plus 90i kicks into a higher capacity to maximize your comfort.

WARRANTY

The entire Plus 90i is protected by a one-year limited warranty. Extended warranties are also available.
